O'Brien Cup 

General Description: 

This 18-hole stroke play event, started in 1933, is the oldest interclub event in which the Mississippi Golf Club Ladies have participated.  There are three qualifying rounds.  Twelve players with the lowest total gross score in two out of the three qualifying rounds will be selected to represent Mississippi Golf Club and play golf with members from Sand Point, Renfrew, Pembroke and Deep River golf clubs.  A dinner and the presentation of prizes follows the round of golf.  Qualifying players can purchase their team shirt at the Pro Shop.

Sign-up: Online signup forms sent approximately 3 weeks prior to each of the qualifying events.

Deadline: Team entry is required prior to the O'Brien Committee meeting which is normally held 2 - 3 weeks prior to the event.
